Step 2 of ASP Quick Dip Nail System. The thin 2-1 top & base create an ultimate smooth surface foundation and protective top coat in one formula.
After applying Step 1 Nail Primer, working one finger at a time, apply an even layer of Step 2 Nail Base & Top Gel and dip finger into the powder color of your choice. Tap the excess powder off the nail. Repeat. Apply another coat of Step 2 Nail Base & Top Gel as the final layer to seal in the powder. Continue to Step 3 Gel Activator. Apply cuticle oil around the neck of the bottle, this will keep the gel from sealing the cap on the bottle.
Apply thin coats. Wipe neck of the bottle with cuticle oil to keep lid from sealing. Keep bottle closed when not in use.
